Black Bag Coffee Club is a small-batch coffee project focused on distinctive, expressive coffees.

Coffees are released based on quality and readiness, not schedules or volume targets. The best lots move first through the club, with limited public availability.

We work with finite coffees, roast carefully, and avoid year-round lineups. Each release is offered until it sells out.
